Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy:

1. Terms  of return:   within 7 days of receipt of item(s);
2. State of return:   unworn, not damaged; in its original condition
3. Reason for return:  damaged, wrong product (if damaged - picture of box before opened, and damaged item(s)

         4.  Process for return:  Send email request for RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number); place RMA# on box and on return receipt:

              Buyer pays Shipping/Handling Fees/any insurances to cover the full value of item(s)/Tracking methods; please make sure return address

              provided is clear (O B Gifts r Us is not responsible for lost returned item(s))

         5.  Process for return:   once receipt of item(s), will process refund within 7 -14 days of receipt of item(s), minus any re-stocking fees,

              balance will be posted back to original payment method.
